How we write.
Pantari’s articles are about getting back to running, a subject where a mistake can cost a lot. Here is how they are made, and what has not been done yet.

Who writes
Articles are signed “The Pantari team”. Pantari’s founder writes them with the help of an AI, checks them and approves them one by one before publishing.
What we cover, and what we do not
- We cover getting back to running and training load: how to bring running back, through which stages, what to watch for.
- We do not cover the injury itself: not its causes, its tests or its care. That is a health professional’s role.
- Every article applies once a health professional has cleared you to return, and says so at the top.
How an article is written
- The founder picks the topic and the angle: what the article must bring that others do not.
- An AI picks out, in the studies cited, what answers the question, with nothing published at this stage.
- An AI drafts a first text from those studies only.
- Automatic checks reject care vocabulary, a discomfort figure or a missing source.
- The founder checks every statement against the study it comes from, corrects, then publishes.
Sources
- Every statement points to a published study, linked at the bottom of the article with a sentence on what it says.
- When a study does not say something, we write it. When no study exists, too.
- We publish no outcome figure about Pantari until a study has been run on Pantari.
What we do not publish
No discomfort threshold to apply on your own. Studies give some, but a threshold read outside the app, without the starting questions or the next-day check, would pass for personal advice. In the app, it is applied with them.
No sets or reps for the exercises: they depend on your stage, which the app knows.
Who reviews
No physiotherapist has reviewed the articles yet. It is planned: each reviewed article will carry the reviewer’s name and the date, starting with those already published.
Updates and corrections
Every article shows its publication date and the date of its last real review. A reported mistake is fixed, and the fix is dated in the article.

No advertising, no paid articles, no commercial partner. The articles lead to the Pantari app, and they say so: it is our product.
