Terms of use
Version of 10 October 2026.
Pantari gives you a training load for getting back to running after an injury, adjusted to what you report. It is a wellness program: it does not replace the advice of a health professional.
You must be 16 or older. You stay free to follow, lighten or skip each session, and to close your account at any time.
What Pantari is, and is not
Pantari is a web app for a gradual return to running. It offers run-walk sessions and strength exercises, and adjusts the training load to the discomfort you report, the effort you feel and what you actually did.
Pantari is a wellness program. It is not a medical device: it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not replace a doctor, a physiotherapist or any other health professional.
Sessions are adjusted by fixed rules, written from published studies: no artificial intelligence decides your program. The exercise sheets were drafted with the help of artificial intelligence, from those studies, and have not yet been reviewed by a health professional; our “Our method” page, on pantari.com, explains this in detail.
If a discomfort worries you, increases during exercise or does not go away, stop and ask a health professional for advice. When your answers call for it, the app itself invites you to see one.
1. Who publishes Pantari
Pantari is published by Pantari, whose publishing company is being set up. Contact: contact@pantari.com.
“We” means the publisher of Pantari, and “you” the person using the app.
2. Accepting these terms
You accept these terms before you start, in the app. They apply to any use of Pantari, with or without an account. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
What you report about your discomfort is health data. It is covered by a separate consent, asked for in the app, which you can withdraw at any time. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data.
3. Age
You must be 16 or older to use Pantari. Between 16 and 18, the paid subscription requires the consent of your legal guardian.
If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we close it and erase its data.
4. Without an account, then with one
You can start without an account. What you do is then linked to a session on your phone; if you do not create an account, it is erased 24 hours after your last activity.
To keep your program, you create an account with your email address (a code is sent to you) or with Google. You are responsible for access to that address and to your phone.
Your account is personal. Only enter information about yourself.
5. What is free, what is paid
The first sessions of your program are free, with no payment method; full access is then a subscription. The questions that check Pantari suits you, the exercise catalog, and exporting and deleting your data always stay free.
The subscription is sold by our reseller Paddle.com Market Limited, the merchant of record of every order, which takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles refunds. The price, renewal, cancellation and your right of withdrawal are set out in our terms of sale, on pantari.com.
You can cancel, or withdraw from the contract within 14 days, directly in the app, from Settings.
6. Your use of Pantari
You decide what you do with each session. Answering the questions honestly lets Pantari adjust your training load; an inaccurate answer gives a less suitable program.
Do not use Pantari to harm how it works, get around its protections or access other people’s data. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you unless it is urgent.
7. The service and how it changes
We run Pantari as described here and update it so it stays that way. It may be interrupted for maintenance or a provider outage; we make sure this is rare and short.
If something does not work, write to us at contact@pantari.com. For a paid subscription, you benefit from the conformity guarantee provided by the law of your country.
8. Liability
Pantari promises no result: your return depends on you and your body.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. This limit does not apply to intentional misconduct or gross negligence, to personal injury caused by our fault, or to the rights the law of your country guarantees you.
9. Content and ownership
The texts, exercises, the Pantari name, the logo and the illustrations belong to the publisher. You may use them for your own return to running, not copy them to share.
What you enter stays yours. You can export it at any time from Settings, “My data”.
10. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time from Settings. It is closed straight away and erased after 30 days; until then, you can get it back intact, or ask for it to be erased straight away.
An account inactive for 24 months is erased, after a warning email one month before.
11. Changes
We may change these terms, for example when the app changes. The new version is shown to you in the app, and you accept it before carrying on. If it affects a current subscription, it is announced to you by email at least 30 days before, and you can cancel before it applies.
12. Governing law and disputes
Write to us first at contact@pantari.com: we answer every complaint.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings before the courts where you live.
