Back to running after an injury

At your leg's pace. Not a calendar's.

Pantari rewrites your next session from how you feel the morning after. You run, you answer one question, the rest adjusts.

Coming soon See how

Pantari opens soon, as free early access.

A standard return-to-running plan doesn't know how you feel.

It was written before your first run. It moves on to next week whether your leg keeps up or not.

So you second-guess every session. Too much? Not enough? You push to stick to the plan, or you stop daring at all.

Pantari works the other way round: your leg sets the pace.

How it works

One loop, every session.

  1. Tell us what stopped you

Your area, your discomfort, your race if you have one. 3 minutes, no account.

  2. Do today's session

Guided from start to finish: RUN and WALK are called out, the clock runs for you.

  3. The next morning, one question

Your discomfort when you wake up. Ten seconds.

  4. What comes next is written

Move up, hold, or step back a notch. And we tell you why.

Try it

Léa is at stage 5. This morning when she woke up, the discomfort in her shin was…

Her next session

Stage 5 · 6 × 2:30 running, 2:30 walking

Her stage stays the same while her leg catches up.

She can always keep her original session: her call.

Simplified example. In the app, the next session also takes into account discomfort during the run, perceived effort and what you actually ran.

What it changes for you

You run. Pantari handles the rest.

No more wondering if you are overdoing it.

Every session is recalculated from your morning answer. Nothing for you to interpret.

One question on waking, then the next session rewritten.

A bad day doesn't erase anything.

If your leg needs a breather, you step back a notch, knowing why. What you have gained stays gained.

Stepping back: the reason in numbers, and your path intact.

You move up as soon as you're ready.

Not because a week has gone by: because your sessions showed it. No discomfort and an easy effort? Even faster.

Stages passed on criteria, taken from published return-to-running ladders.

All you do is follow.

RUN and WALK are called out big, the clock counts for you, the exercises flow. With a watch, you import your run.

A session player, and .FIT, .GPX and .TCX file import.

Strength work that matters for your return.

Exercises picked for your area and your stage, at home, outdoors or at the gym, with the equipment you have.

A dedicated program for each of the 7 injuries, every exercise cites its sources.

Your race stays in sight.

Your milestones move with you: 30 minutes without walking, 5 km, 10 km. You watch the start line get closer.

Rough guides in ranges of weeks, recalculated after every session.

Not just another plan.

The horizon

Your return sets the pace. Your race keeps you dreaming.

Got a race in mind? Pantari puts it at the end of your path, with the steps to get there. If it comes too early, there are other ways to get there: a shorter distance, next year’s edition, or No clock, mixing running and walking to enjoy the day.

Questions

Before you start.

I don't have a race planned. Is it for me?

Yes. A race is an optional horizon. Without one, Pantari takes you up to 30 minutes of continuous running, then builds on it.

How long does a return take?

As long as your leg needs. Pantari sets no date: it gives you rough guides in ranges that move with your sessions.

I have a watch. Can I use it?

Yes. Pantari gives you the day's setting, you run with your watch, then you import your file (.FIT, .GPX or .TCX).

I see a physio. Does it overlap?

No. Pantari does not replace their advice. You can show them your progress: your discomfort on waking week after week, and what you ran.

Do I need a gym or equipment?

No. Strength work happens at home or outdoors. If you have equipment or a gym, tell us, and the exercises adapt.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Yes. You cancel in the app and your access stays open until the end of the paid month. Your paid months still count: if you come back, you pick up where you left off.

Which phone?

Any: Pantari opens in your browser and installs on your home screen like an app, in one tap on Android, in two gestures on iPhone.

Your next run is waiting.
