Terms of sale
Version of 2026-10-08. These terms apply to the Pantari subscription. Using the app is also governed by its terms of use and privacy policy, available in the app.
1. Who sells you what
Pantari is published by Pantari, the publishing company being set up. Contact: contact@pantari.com.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: you enter into the subscription contract with Paddle.com Market Limited, under its buyer terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, collects VAT and handles refund requests.
We remain responsible for Pantari itself: its content, how it works and its conformity with what is described here.
2. What Pantari offers
Pantari is a web app for a progressive return to running. It offers a training load (run-walk sessions, strength exercises) that adjusts to what you report after each session.
Pantari is a wellness program. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment, and it does not replace the advice of a health professional. You remain free to follow, lighten or skip any session.
Before you start, a few questions check that Pantari suits your situation. If it does not, the app tells you so and no payment is ever requested.
3. The offer and the price
The first 6 sessions of your program are free, once per account, with no payment method required. They never turn into a subscription on their own.
After that, full access is a monthly subscription: €14.99 a month, VAT included, for your first 3 paid months, then €4.99 a month from your 4th paid month. In Switzerland: CHF 14.90, then CHF 4.90 a month.
A paid month is a successful monthly payment; paying in one go counts as three. Paid months add up, consecutive or not, as long as your account exists. Erasing your account, at your request or after 24 months of inactivity, also erases this count.
You can also pay for your first 3 months in one go: €39 including VAT (CHF 39 in Switzerland). The subscription then continues automatically at €4.99 a month (CHF 4.90). The price and the date of that first charge are shown when you pay, and recalled by email one week before.
The subscription renews every month until you cancel it. Displayed prices include VAT; the final amount, calculated by Paddle for your country, is shown before you pay.
Always free: the questions that check Pantari suits you, the exercise catalogue in read mode, exporting and erasing your data.
4. Ordering
You choose the subscription in the app, signed in to your account. Payment opens at Paddle, which shows you the summary: price including VAT, currency, billing frequency. You can correct your details there before confirming.
The contract is concluded when you confirm the payment. Paddle immediately sends you a confirmation email with the invoice. Full access opens as soon as the payment is accepted.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, in the app or from the subscription management link Paddle sends you, with no fee and no reason needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: no further charge is made.
Your paid months still count: if you come back, you pick up at the price step where you left off.
6. Refunds and withdrawal
You can ask for a full refund of your first payment (monthly or in one go) within 14 days of it, without giving a reason. This period also covers any statutory right of withdrawal in your country. The steps are in our refund policy.
7. Conformity and updates
Pantari must work as described in these terms for as long as you have access. We update it so that it keeps doing so.
If something does not work, write to us at contact@pantari.com. We fix it within a reasonable time. If we cannot, you are entitled under your law to a price reduction or a refund.
8. Availability and liability
Pantari is an online service. It may be interrupted for maintenance or if a provider fails; we do what is needed to keep this rare and short.
Pantari promises no outcome: your return depends on you and your body. You decide what you do with each session. Stop and ask a health professional if any discomfort worries you.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. This limit does not apply to intentional misconduct or gross negligence, to personal injury, or to the rights your country’s law guarantees you.
9. Your data
What you report about your discomfort is health data: we process it only with your consent, to run your program, and you can export or erase it from the app. Details are in the app’s privacy policy.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. A change that affects your current subscription is announced by email at least 30 days in advance; you can cancel before it applies.
11. Governing law and disputes
Write to us first at contact@pantari.com: we answer every complaint.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
The courts at the publisher’s registered office have jurisdiction, subject to the rules that let you, as a consumer, go to the courts where you live (in particular the Lugano Convention, articles 15 and 16).
